Exclusively available for rental via Lycian Escapes in 2019, Villa Topcu Duo has it all. Situated amongst verdant olive groves in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, the villa has breath-taking sea views over Kalkan Bay from every room, whilst at the same time offering privacy and a hint of seclusion for families or groups of friends.
This luxury villa provides spacious accommodation in a contemporary minimalist style for 10 adults. All 5 bedrooms(3 doubles,2 twins) are en suite and the superb master suite which is self-contained on the top floor, has direct access to the scenic roof terrace and the open-air jacuzzi. The roof terrace provides the perfect spot to watch the sun go down, drink in the views and just linger at the end of the day.
If you can bear to tear yourself away from the pool terrace with its large 11m x 4 m infinity pool, comfortable loungers and large well equipped dining area with traditional stone oven/BBQ, the delights of Kalkan itself are within easy walking distance (just a 20-minute downhill stroll) and there’s no need to worry about getting back at the end of your evening as taxis are cheap and plentiful too!
