1. About Lycian Escapes and Our Role
Lycian Escapes (www.lycianescapes.com) is operated by Wings Tatil Konaklama Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., a company established in Türkiye.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lycian Escapes acts solely as an agent for the owners, managers or authorised representatives of the holiday properties advertised on this website (“Property Owners”). We do not own, manage or operate the properties listed.
For accommodation-only bookings, the rental agreement is formed directly between you and the relevant Property Owner. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking process, providing information and, where applicable, collecting payments on behalf of the Property Owner.
2. Application of These Terms
These Agency Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through lycianescapes.com and define our role as an intermediary.
They must be read together with:
- the terms and conditions displayed on the relevant property listing; and
- any additional conditions confirmed during the booking process.
In the event of any inconsistency, the property-specific terms confirmed at the time of booking shall prevail.
3. Property Information
All property descriptions, photographs, facilities, availability details and prices are supplied by Property Owners or their authorised representatives and are published in good faith.
While reasonable care is taken to present information accurately, Lycian Escapes cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions and accepts no liability for inaccuracies arising from information provided by Property Owners.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all property details carefully and raising any queries prior to booking.
4. Prices and Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Availability displayed on the website does not constitute a guarantee.
Some properties may apply dynamic pricing. The final price payable is the amount shown and confirmed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
5. Booking and Payment
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, balance due dates and accepted payment methods, vary depending on the property, destination and Property Owner.
Certain properties may require an advance payment or deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance may be payable prior to arrival or upon arrival at the property, depending on the Property Owner’s conditions.
All applicable payment terms are clearly displayed on the property page and confirmed during booking. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of the booking by the Property Owner without refund.
6. Cancellations and Amendments by You
Cancellation and amendment conditions are determined by the individual Property Owner and therefore vary from property to property.
The applicable cancellation terms are clearly stated on the relevant property page and confirmed during the booking process. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept the property-specific cancellation conditions.
Lycian Escapes does not apply a standard cancellation policy across all properties.
7. Changes or Cancellations by the Property Owner
In exceptional circumstances, a Property Owner may need to amend or cancel a confirmed booking. Where this occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and will act as an intermediary between you and the Property Owner regarding any alternatives offered.
Our responsibility in such cases is limited to facilitating communication. We shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you, including travel or accommodation expenses.
8. Occupancy and Use of the Property
The number of guests occupying a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing, unless expressly authorised in writing by the Property Owner.
Properties are offered for short-term holiday accommodation only and may not be sublet or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Events, parties, weddings or similar gatherings are permitted only where expressly approved by the Property Owner and may be subject to additional conditions or charges.
9. Security Deposits and Damage
Some properties require a refundable security deposit or pre-authorisation to cover breakages, damage or additional charges. The amount, payment method and refund conditions are set by the Property Owner and communicated prior to arrival.
Any disputes relating to security deposits or deductions must be addressed directly with the Property Owner or their local representative.
10. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation, medical expenses and accidental damage. No insurance cover is provided by Lycian Escapes.
11. Limitation of Liability
As an agent, Lycian Escapes is not responsible for the provision, condition or suitability of any property. Our liability is limited to losses arising directly from a failure to perform our agency obligations with reasonable care.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Complaints
Any issues arising during your stay should be reported immediately to the Property Owner or their local representative to allow the opportunity for resolution.
If a matter cannot be resolved locally, a written complaint should be submitted within a reasonable period following departure, together with any supporting evidence.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Agency Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
